The board of directors of Egypt Duty-Free Shops has approved a change in the company’s brand identity.
This was stated in a notice to the Egyptian Stock Exchange on Thursday, with no additional details provided by the company.
Egypt Duty-Free Shops recorded a net profit of 127.67 million Egyptian pounds from July to the end of December 2022, compared to a profit of 96.02 million pounds during the same period in the previous fiscal year, accounting for minority rights.
The company’s revenues increased over the six months to reach 540.83 million pounds, compared to 467.87 million pounds in the same period of the previous fiscal year.
The independent financial statements of Egypt Free Shops revealed that the company achieved a net profit of 127.76 million pounds from the beginning of July to the end of December 2022, versus 95.38 million pounds in the same period of the prior fiscal year.
